WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DATA?

Swedish Hasbeens AB is mainly responsible for your person details. 

To be able to process and ship your order, your details will also be processed by our ERP, 3PL warehouse, payment options, shipping companies and marketing platforms to be able to send you confirmation e-mails, newsletters or review e-mails.

PROCESSED DATA AND PURPOSES

Below are the data we will process and the purposes behind it. 

Contact details: If you make a purchase in our webshop we will collect your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and country of resident. 

We will use your contact details to be able to:

  • Process and ship your order

  • Email order and shipping confirmation 

  • Handle returns, exchanges or possible complaints. 

  • Email review e-mails

-E-mail address: If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will save your e-mail address to be able to send them to you with information or campaigns. We will also use your e-mail address to be able to contact you via our customer support, but only in regard to your orders. 

-ID number: If you are located in Sweden, you are able to pay via payment option Klarna. If you choose to pay through Klarna, they will collect you ID number. 

-Credit Card: To be able to make a purchase online, paying by credit card, you will have to provide you credit card details. It is necessary that you leave your credit card details to complete your purchase and for us to be able to process and ship you order. 

-Previous purchases/returns/e-mails: When you make a purchase, we will save your order history, to be able to handle possible return, exchange or complaints. 

When you want to do a return or exchange, you will have to fill out an online return or exchange form with your name, information about your returning order, and reasons for the return. This information is necessary for us to be able to handle you return and meet your request. We will save the return and exchange forms for future analysis, to be able to improve our products and webshop. 

If you send Swedish Hasbeens an e-mail, we may save your e-mails to be able to answer your questions, assist you with a complaint or complete your request. Saved e-mails can also be used for future analysis, to be able to improve our FAQ, business and products.  If customers have questions about previous e-mails they have sent, we will be able to search in history and provide it to them. It is also necessary for us to be able to search in our e-mail history in regard to possible disputes. 

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Swedish Hasbeens reserves the right to keep and process your personal data as long as it is necessary for us to be able to perform our obligations to you, as well as by law, to be able to handle complaints, defend ourselves in a dispute, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a subscriber to our newsletter and wants to unsubscribe, you have the right to do so. You can either unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link, which is provided in all of our newsletter, or you can contacts us at info@swedishhasbeens.com

You have the right to see your personal details upon request and have them corrected if they are incorrect.

Under certain circumstances you are entitled to request that we erase your personal data or restrict our processing of your data, for example when it is no longer necessary for us to process your data taking into consideration the purposes for which they were collected.
